Please note - for Covid safety precautions, we only ship out items once a week, which may cause a slightly longer delivery time. We are also temporarily suspending our local in-studio pickup.

CANADA
We ship all Canadian mail for a flat rate with Canada Post, tracking included. We offer a free drop-off option for Toronto locals, and will personally deliver your item.

Once parcels are collected from our studio they become property of Canada Post. After pickup, BONESET is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. Should any issues arise regarding your delivery, please keep shipping details handy in case further investigation is required.

USA

We ship all American mail as Tracked Packet with Canada Post. Please note that potential for a holdup at customs will result in a delivery delay.

Once parcels are collected from our studio they become property of Canada Post. After pickup, BONESET is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. Should any issues arise regarding your delivery, please keep shipping details handy in case further investigation is required.

OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA

We ship all parcels outside of North America mail as International Air Mail. Please note that potential for a holdup at customs will result in a delivery delay.

Once parcels are collected from our studio they become property of Canada Post. After pickup, BONESET is not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. Should any issues arise regarding your delivery, please keep shipping details handy in case further investigation is required.

*Please note all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by BONESET STUDIO for any reason.

 


RETURN POLICY

BONESET is pleased to now offer Exchange or Refund for items from our off-the-rack collection. Please contact us at info@bonesetstudio.com if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will arrange directly with you. We can accept a return or exchange up to 30 days from date received. Items must be intact and without damage or wear.

Custom or Sale items are all Final Sale.

Any items that are customized are considered Final Sale and therefore we cannot offer refunds at this time. If you are unhappy with your item, please send us an email at info@bonesetstudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your custom garment does not fit, please get in touch and we will figure out a solution together, such as a fitting or alteration. We want you to be happy!

BONESET is not responsible for return shipping costs including any duties or brokerage fees.
